something growing in my tank

    Hey, my tank has been cycling for a week now and I have something growing on my live rock. Heres a picture of it:

    Just wondering if its good or bad really.

    There's also this on my rock too (white round thing):


    Any help would be greatly appreciated :confused:

    I had the same thing didnt hurt anything you can scrape it off if you like but I didnt. Or just turn your rock were you cant see it if you would like to keep it but dont care for the way it looks

    Sponges filter the water not bad to have them in there I have a few in mine they don't hurt anything
