    This looks like some kind of anemone that just magically showed up. I have now two of them now. One slightly smaller than the other. Should I be concerned? Anyone know what they are for sure?

    looks like a aiptasia, the ones ive seen are usally brown in color

    Agreed...looks like Aiptasia or "glass anemone"...if left they can reproduce to fairly epic numbers and also have the ability to sting other more desirable inhabitants.

    Looks like it's been away from light for awhile. I've seen some like that come out of rocks that have been kept in the dark...aiptasia can survive for long periods with just about no light or other food. Dang things are the cockroaches of the marine world...they could survive a nuclear blast, LOL!

    Ok, Im going to try and put a vacuum on him tomorrow and suck him out.
