You can get rid of them using Kalkwasser Mix. I originally thought that they were wonderful, until they took over my tank.
They are a pest, and I'd recommend that you get rid of them asap.
I bought a special syringe at the aquarium store and made a shot glass of pasty mix of Kalkwasser Mix and water.
It is actually a coral food, but what you do is get the syringe full of pasty liquid. Then you carefully position the syringe right in the mouth of the anemone. Slowly inject the food into the anemone mouth, just overfeeding it with the Kalkwasser.
If you have to kill a lot of anemones, just do a small shot glass of Kalkwasser at one killing period. Then a partial water change should clean up the debris.

Just had the two from what I can see.

Ok, I didn't want to wait. I just took the rock out and ran hot hot water over the infected area. They fell right off. Then took a wire brush and scrapped the area. Worked great.
Inspected the rock real close and put it back in. Its only a 65 gal so it wasn't a lot of work.

If I see any more I may go the Nudibranch route.

Thanks guys. You may have saved me a lot of problems down the line.

You don't want to mess with a nudi unless you have a LOT of aptasia, otherwise you just doom it to a slow death of starving. But they do sound like fun!:)
