I added some live rock to my tank about a month ago and ive noticed a white circular thing that has tiny holes in it all the way around that open up, also today I saw a reddish orange one that is doing the same thing, circular with tiny holes that open up. if i put thepowerhead close to it it gets small. any ideas?

Sounds like it could be a Tunicate.

i think they are tunicates, they are really small right now but it does look like them. So they get bigger, what should i feed them? Are they something nice in an aquarium? I dont hear much about them

Tunicates can be difficult to keep alive in our tanks. We just don't have enough plankton for them to catch. If it is an encrusting form the seem to do well with out a lot of help. I would try target feeding food for SPS coral.
