something wrong with my 6 line

    There is a big bump on his side between his gills and his fin tried to get a pic the best I could but they move so quick it's not very easy

    OK I was wrong this isnt between the gill and fin, this is the socket that his fin is in, he just swam right up beside the glass almost like he was showing me it, his fin doesn't look to be working at all

    It is either a bacterial infection like columnaris or a fungus like saprolengia. Both problems can be cured by different medications.
    You may also want to dose iodine to help!

    You could use a general anti-bacterial medication such as Melafix and/or use an antifungal medication. What I do to treat fish in a display is to soak the food in the medication, I added a few drops onto the frozen food or flake food, then feed. I used this method to cure pop-eye in my yellow tailed damsel. Good luck
