So this morning only 1 of my 4 white bulbs is firing, the other 3 are all dead and they only have about 2 months use on them also one of my blues looks way darker than the other 3, like a deep purple color

You sure the bulbs are screwed in tight and making contact  Is this a retro?

What do the bulbs look like? You use UVL right? Do the bulbs look gasy in the bulb itself, like, for lack of a better term, there is a fluid in there? Call SLS, or where you bought the fixture, they DO have a warranty on Tek lights, I want to say its two years. It could either be bulbs or ballast, bulbs is unlikely as the odds that its more than one are slim.

How old is the fixture and bulbs?

I meant screw in the endcap tight, and make sure the bulbs are making contacts inside. I have the Tek T5s so I should know they don't screw in :cheesy:. I have to check on mine but I think if one bulb is not working then the other one wont turn on.

    Tek light inop

If one bulb on a ballast won't fire the other will not also. Best is to find two bulbs which fire up and switch them out with the other ones,if both light ballast is good and one bulb is bad. Just keep playing around until you find the bad bulb. My Tek light would not fire four bulbs right out of the box. was ready to send back for a refund but called them and they walked me through how the bulbs/ballast were wired. TYhis way I found two good bulbs and swapped them aroun until I found the two bad ones.

I think that is only the retro kit with the screw on end caps, mine just sit in like a normal fluorescent bulb
