They look kinda shriveled up for a few days, they were fine, water parameters are nitrites 0 ammonia 0 nitrates 5ppm(cant get it lower.) Are they dead? or dying? or am I being paranoid?

I think you problem may be flow. Xenia like high flow and high light. The Kenya tree likes moderate flow.

I was recently told they do not prefer swings in Alkalinity, you might want to look at this.

The xenia may not be getting enough where it is located at the edge of the tank. Also xenia is a very fickle coral and may die for no apparent reason.

They definitely looked stressed....forgive me for swinging the topic a bit, but it looks like flat worms on the rock there....am I seeing that right?

on the xenia rock? If so no, my zoas spit out some stringy stuff today when I moved them, which stuck on the rocks and collected white sand, if thats what you mean.

oh ok, just looking at the red spots on the right photo...

as for the Alk, I had my LFS test mine, but when I saw a lot higher level than I should have, I'm now going out to buy one. Alk from what I've read can be easily controled, but when it swings out of wack, can cause a lot of stress.
