    Ok so i bought one of those guys that have a very hard long wide tube and looks like a flower when it comes out.

    #1 i need to know the name :-D
    #2 he never comes out (i have had him for 5 days) but hes right at the tip and at night he comes out, why?

    Maybe a feather duster. I havent heard of them being nocturnal though. Maybe a tube anemone. I dont think either have very hard tubes and neither are corals but best I could do with out pictures.

    Only reason would be its naturally nocturnal. This could be for any number of reasons that we just simply don't know.
