    er its doa?

    HI,
One last thought, any back-ups you have need to be scanned before use, to prevent re-infection many so called free sites have dangerous hackers/lurker's that put free ware up with nasty attachments this has happened more than once to me, things like torrents, limewire they don't check the freeware use be-ware many viurse have time delays so you think its fixed and guess who's back... I believe most of those nasty hackers use down loads to infect computers cause you allow it to download this defeats about 90 % of those anti-virus they only work if you don't allow it to download.
And one last thought as computer become more high tech most of the hardware generates more heat. I have started using that speedfan to monitor things like HD temps, motherboard temps, and so on . A little dust on the mother board can actually cause high temp damage to motherboard.
My latest PC fryed the Vidieo PCI card and the motherboard my fault it was covered with Dust and in a hard plastic box with Little or no vents.
WHen I had it rebuilt under warranty I paid and extra 100 to upgrade to alluminum case with two huge fans pulling and pushing air , my pc dosen't even get warm now.

So if you reload be sure to use some can air on the motherboard, vidieo card check the fan. be sure to not touch them unless your grounded or you may blow a board ( ask me how I know)...
More of that been there done that aw poop its fried..
