Spaghetti worm?

    I think it's some sort of spaghetti worm... are these things harmful? i can only see 2 tentacles come out during feeding time and they can go pretty far, about a couple of inches from the live rock i got...

    i also have a lot of Red Tube worms I believe... they look like the picture from the below link but maybe their dead because I don't see them move at all... should i remove them as well?

    any inputs would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    And the final pic are my 2 clowns, they never leave that little place =( i don't know whats wrong with them!
