    It is advantageous to have a basement, that's for sure. And a wife that can tolerate the never-ending aquatic purchases. If you're not married than it's probably easier. :)

    Yes, a proper man-cave is very important! I couldn't keep my sanity without it. Here is my checklist for required items in a man-cave (or my man-cave, at least)

    1. A large, carefully stocked aquarium.
    2. A large screen, projector and awesome sound system.
    3. An extensive collection of fine wines and single-malt scotches (not until you are 21, of course).
    4. Popcorn machine (I don't have this one yet, but will be adding it soon.)
    5. Good friends and family to spend time with!

    Life is good!
