Specs on Marineland HO LED Lamp

    I doubt it. I saw one today on a 55 and it was pretty dark compared to his CF lit tank.
    He is also building a 150 with 2 of them in the hood and is having to put in t5s to make up the difference.

    Any update on these LED fixtures? I am looking at the 24-36".

    I do not think LED lighting has come a long enough to be on the level of T5 HO lights yet. Marineland apparatus I have and I love, but is only used for Airplants moss balls.

    Does anyone use this LED fixture? I'm curious about the quality of the product.

    Me too... Lookign at doing some LED but i heard the PAR wasn't good on these

    I've got there double bright 36 2 48 fixture and I think it pretty bright for the money. Now its not going to do corals...but im new to sw and im not sure how many lumens you need for corals:confused:
