    I took him out and placed him in my QT and since I have no idea what this is I just dosed some copper in the tank and now ill just wait and see if hill get back to normal.

    how's he doing! this is kinda a bump! Want to see what people think of that swimming!

    I have some good news! im starting to see better behavior he stopped spinning and started to eat but he is very pale and he lost a lot of his color. i still didn't get a clear answer what kind of disease this is but it looks like he will survive.

    good news! maybe something was itching and he was trying to scratch it!lol, but i'd watch the copper treatment! If he's eating, i;d drop off!IMO

    well if you gave the tank a copper dose that explains the loss of color, it is stressful on the fish at first. I read on wet web media before a case very similiar to this, they didn't believe it to be a disease but more of a developmental disorder.

    Maybe swim bladder issue? That can cause them to swim funny even in a drunk circle like pattern.

    its now a week from when i placed the fish in my qt and he is eating and swimming normal with no sign of disease. but i still don't know what this behavior means and how to prevent or treat it so if u haven't seen the video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JvpA5SvtJKE&feature=email please check it out and let me know your thoughts. thanks
