Alright, so red cyano has won the war on my sponge. My orange sponge gets covered in red cyano everyday. I will blow it off as much as possible and the next day its back again. The orange sponge is pretty much white and dead. What should i do? how do i remove the red cyano frmo my tank? Should i remove the sponge?

Increase the flow around the sponge. Point a powerhead towards it.

Is the tank relatively new? What kind of water are you using?
Cyano feeds off of nitrates, phosphates, silica's, and lights. Without those first three removed the problem will keep occuring.

water quality is what it feeds off of.I had cyno in my tank for a while so I modded my skimmer and adding some chaeto algae and now its all gone,
