Sponges?

recently these have been popping up EVERYWHERE and have started to cover portions of my rocks, im pretty sure their sponges, but i just want to make sure since their spreading very quickly and kind of out of control right now

 

Nerite eggs capsules is what I'd say they are.

 

lol great i really dont care for my nerite's guess they've been breeding like crazy since these are every where

Do they look like feather dusters on top? Kinda like a white pineapple? Hard to tell for sure but kinda looks like pineapple sponges.

they dont have feather dusters on top, but i do have a ton of feather dusters in my tank as well. I have noticed that a couple of these things are orange/yellowish but the majority are like these guys

nerites are a PITA lol they also get in my vortech and fall on their backs and die, but at least their happy

 

Actually they are mostly dormant. I've had some so long that CA has overgrown the capsule.
Here's an older pic. Look you can see them on the tile with the digi and the rock.

 

ok good i really dont want any more nerite, i do notice neritie babies once in a while, but its only one or two which isint too bad but i dont want a ton
