I have a Prizim Favia that seems to have something, but I can't ever tell. It is healthy, but has discoloration in spots. Doesn't look eaten though.

The Favia is actually been why I have been keeping such a close eye, but finally said it was nothing. So I have been checking things after lights out pretty regular.

The spots just showed up today, but I did not look this morning before work cause the lights were still out.

The spots did not grow this morning except on one Monti. I'm going to run FW exit when I get off tomorrow.

Read the instructions very carefully and follow them to the letter. Flatworms release toxins when they die and you can nuke your tank. The FW exit itself won't harm your tank but the mass die off can. You need to siphon out as many as you can first. You also need to run massive amounts of carbon through a canister filter. Have a batch of new SW ready for a water change. There are lots of posts on RC about tanks getting nuked by using FW exit.

Thank you for the advice. I don't think it is an investation like others tanks. Just a few. But the only thing I have ever dosed is Melafix. I don't know much about bug treatments. Any advice is much appreciated. If there is something better than FW Exit I'm all ears.

I do run a carbon reactor though so I'm good there.

I probably should have put this in Coral Health.
