Spotty Lionfish

I have a V Lionfish who has little (really little) white speks (sp) on him all over fins and all, all other fish amd coral in tank doing well anyone know whats going on??

 

Can you get a picture of him?? Sounds like it could be Ich.

Yes that is marine ich, it is a parasite. Is he eating still? Who are his tankmates? Is there anything that could be stressing him? How is he breathing? Can you quarantine? Is this a FOWLR setup?

This is not the end of the world either. With all things, we can get through this.

His tank mates are a picasso trigger and a koren angelfish. He has not ate for 3 days but that's normal. I can quarintine him so I guess I should I don't think he is stressed for any reasons nothing has changed for him. Thank you so much. Any medicine you recomend?

 

I have never personally treated with medication. There are people here who have much more information and personal data than I regarding the matter. But I would start considering a QT and do some research about treatment plans.

Does your trigger pick on him at all? They are notorious for the harassment of scorpion-fishes.

Everyone is doing well lionfish is on the rebound he allready had half the spots he did the next morning and is eating!!!! YYYEEAAAA Thank you som much for all the advice and thank you yellow tang for the concern.
