Sprint Contract by Jan 31st - Get Out Free

This is way off topic but if some of you guys are not happy with Sprint, this is a way out.

Sprint made a minor change in all plans that increased an admin cost from 75 cents to 99 cents on Jan 1st . Not a big deal, however what that does is allow you 30 days(Jan 31st) to get out of any contracts you may have because THEY changed the terms and it wasn't mandated by the government.

Then they will just disappear on you. then one said it was done, but when i tried to verify it was not noted. Then i got a supervisor who played the same game, Then i got her supervisor and blew my top and finally got it done" - Sprint customer

Interesting. I am a Sprint subscriber, but I wont be changing to anything else anytime soon. I paid $200 to get out of a contract with another company to go to sprint, and it was one of the best things I ever spent $200 on

 

I'm with sprint, I'm also a sprint vendor so my discounts rock vs. all the other cell providers. I also love my blackberry too much and i'm happy with my service. But good find!
