So I bought an acro 2 mo ago from a frag swap. I posted it under identify me section here but no luck. I was concerned because when I got it home the polyps were ugly brown and the underneath was white with some blue hue. 2 mo later the polyps are spreading to the concrete reef plug it was mounted on and the polyps are bright green, The rest of the polyps are still brown. Will they all change? Any ideas?

    Thanks

I would love to see a pic. though it might do better under yout light than under the other light.

some of my zoas do the same thing. I bought then nice and purple, then as they started to grow it turned with an orange hue.

I really need to get a better camera. Anyways this is the best pic I can get. If you look right at the base you can see bright green. These are new polyps, then you can see the brown polyps on the rest of the coral with the blue hue showing through.

it looks like it likes your light better and will take some time but it looks like it will turn a blue green color, IMO

I hope it turns some kind of color it's making me angry. The guy at the swap meet had it under purple leds so it was super hard to figure out what color it really was.
