Sps coral for a crab

    i am thinking about getting a crab called the Trapezia Pocillopora/Acropora Crab.
    they sell them on live aquaria and it says they need a pocillopra or an acropora coral but can they live in other sps corals like a much more affordable montipora encrusting coral.

    No. They cannot live on an encrusting coral... They need the branches of a decent sized acro colony to hide in

    I have one of these little guys and although I have two diff species of pocilliopora he always hangs out in the rockwork above one of them :confused:

    could they live in any other sps coral thats not an acropora or pocillopora
