So, in other threads...the responses I got for best/ easier ORA frag was:
red planet, bonsai, millepora, plum crazy, cali blue tort, blue tip stag & teal stag, pearlberry, borealis, and miami orchid

difficult ones to keep: hyacinth and german blue polyp

so.....what's your bet? Do I just need to try one out and see how it goes? There are too many to choose from and I don't know which one I should try out!

Welcome to 3reef. Go to their site look at each coral and pick the one that says buy me to you the loudest.

agreed... you dont want something that later down the road makes you say "that was a waste of valuable space"

hahah, okay I like that idea....but it's apparent that even though ORA seems the way to go, there are still some that are more challenging to care for than others. Should I just go for it anyway.

Once you get down to a species (or, even more likely, a genus), you're going to hit the same relative level of difficulty with any individual that's captive-raised like ORA.

it takes time and patience. sps is a learning curve that comes easy for some, hard for others... just tke your time and you will learn what wrks and doesnt.
the ones you listed are generally easy... i know for a fact that the green german blue polyp acro is a verrry tricky one and some people cant even get it to color up even after a few years

Oh, I was under the impression that ORA was the best choice (over other maricultured and aquacultured corals)...

they have a reputation for being hardy because they have many generations of frags in captivity. idk if its true or just hype? once you can get your first one or two sps to live, you wont have much problems keeping any subsequent ones alive
