Starfish Mystery?

    I found this pretty blue starfish today. Was wondering if it is reef safe because I have corals...

    Also when I was taking this photo I saw this small specimen (like the size of a mature copepod) running around on my rock. He was running very fast. I was freaking out how this tiny thing could pick up speed like that. It kind of looked like a copepod, any ideas what it could of been.

    It's definitely some type of Asterina sp. Never seen a blue one though. Pretty cool.

    It should be safe. It may be blue due to eating coralline algae.
