Post up a couple pictures of your filtration so we can diagnose.

Hard to tell from those angles, but to me it looks like its the baffles to your return pump are a low height and its letting the bubbles down into your return which are in turn blowing them into the DT.

May want to consider turning down your return, or branching it with a line running back to the return chamber just to keep the water level higher.

I turned down the return this morning because it was sucking it down from the overflow to fast and it was making noises because there was not enough water. so hopefully that will help...

ok, that would do it. Your pump as you can tell is sucking the water up faster than its coming in. Mine was doing that once I put in a filter sock. Some people would say drop the filter sock, but my return runs thru my ATS and I dont want the occassionly string of algae getting sucked into my skimmer pump. Like mentioned I plumbed in a T fitting into my return line just above the return pump with a second line & ball valve on it running back into the return pump chamber, so I can adjust flow preferably there and still allow max return to the DT.

I have the filter sock on that was the problem I tucked it in, I have to mess more with the pipes, I can adjust the flow on three of them so I think I figured out how to eliminate them! thanks :D
