Starfish's 40B build [New adds]

Get a fighting conch starfish! They're really cool little critters. They have little eyes and a biig trunk looking thing they clean sand with. My buddy has one, and if I didn't have my sand start, I definitely would have one instead. Check them out!

For sure I had a conch but I dont think it was a fighting one.. hmmm I need another one I enjoyed him..

 

Yahh they're are different "kinds". I'm pretty sure the "fighting" tag just refers to the shape of the shell its in. I've seen a few diff names for em though. They looked the same, but had different shells. I know you can get them on reef cleaners for pretty cheap, but you'd have to priority ship them.. So just ordering a conch wouldn't really be worth it.

 

Yea One of my LFS's has them frequently so I can just get one there, they usually have the fighting conches or the tiger conches. Maybe I'll get two of them I still need to get a cleaner shrimp too, Next week is fish and coral week I get paid hahah so next friday... .. I get to go SHOPPING.

 

Lol excitinggggggg. Any thing else in mind aside from the conch and shrimp?

AH. You'll have to let me know what you end up getting. I've been so up in the air about what I'll add next after the hawkfish.. I know some kind of wrasee then maybe some kind of dwarf angel or something to round it out. Not for sureee yet though.. Do you have any particular type in mind? There's so many cool wrasses, it's hard to pick one for a 40 gallon..

 

I like the christmas wrasse.. and the six line.. Im not sure yet maybe just a sixline wrasse... If I were you I would so get a dwarf angel
