Hmmm I wonder if I will ever see him again haha. Glad you found yours!!! the night that I last saw him I was worried about him, he seemed stressed out.. we will see I guess!!

 

I am waiting for some questions to be answered. As my thread states. Is your tank sealed at the top? Given then are jumpers. Have you looked on the floor? During feeding try to search for it. That's when mine comes out.

 

No sealed tank, looked around the tank I already had one jump out on me., he doesn't come out during feeding I look closely for him.. we'll see I guess :/

 

I had a firefish that went in hiding for 6 weeks, I kid you not. I thought he was long gone, and then one day he was just out and about his business, and has been so ever since.

 

hahahaaa wow, thats a long time! I Hope to see mine soon then. that gives me a little more hope

Anyways, the one left will come out for a week straight, then I wont see him for a day or two, then hide again. From what I read they are more social in groups.

 

yea Im thinking about adding another one so he gets more comfortable...

 

Nice looking tank. God job on the aquascaping.

You can build a screen out of egg crate and some meshing from a craft store that will keep all you precious fish in the tank. I learned the hard way.
