    After a huge algae issue I have decided just to start over. Upgraded the Pump. Running HQI Lighting. Started the cycle as of yesterday. So 25lbs of Pukani Live Rock. 24lbs of Fiji Pink Live sand. Going for a really vivid reef tank this time round.

    Thanks. and no worries there will take it slow. at 7.99 a pound don't want to bomb that live rock. I figured i would wait at least 3 months before I add much of anything.. And when I do will be something hardy..

    Got a cave & a swim through with just 3 rocks...good job.

    Thanks Skyfire. I was there just as they got a new shipment of live rock so got to pick through it.

    Wow Emerald Crab decided to appear. Must have been in my liverock when i bought it. Or a piece of it. Looks healthy. Hope he lives...

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    That rock is sooooo nice. I really like that type. Emeralds are very shy and mine rarely make an appearence. They are one of my favorite inverts. The system is looking really good.
