    Why hasn't anyone mentioned using Nutrafin Cycle to start your tank They say it shaves a bunch of time off the cycle. Just wondering

    Ehh...Products IMO arent as good as the natural way..

    Most people ik who cycle tanks get the cycle started with just sand and rock, usaully starting within a few days.. or less..

    It has been mentioned a few times on here shoebox

    whilst the concept of bacteria in a bottle is one that does have many fans
    the fact is that nature will take care of that aspect anyway for the cycle aspect means many people would consider it as an expense thats not required at that stage

    i think its just a scam.

    i cant seem to think that live bacteria can live with out food, or anything for a few months in a bottle.

    A cycle is a cycle, and will take however much time it needs. Remember that they say whatever they can to make a buck. I could sell spit & say it shortened the cycle and people would pay for it LOL.
