Ok guys & gals...first of all thanks for reading this threat.

I'm buying a 54 gal. corner bow front tank from Aqueon: http://www.aqueonproducts.com/assets/013/26413_400wh.jpg. First I would like you to tell me what should I need and in order of priorities:

    1. tank,
    2. stand,
    3. filter, (mini-reef or sump refugium?)
    4. protein skimmer,
    5. chiller,
    6. lights,

    what else?

But the question that I would really like you guys to help me is, what LED lights and fixture would it go with this tank? The shape it is unusual and I can't find anything perfect for it... my wife doesn't want a fixture where I hang it to the dealing, but what ideas and/or things you guys could suggest?

I would really appreciate all your help.

    Thanks!!!!

    Cool looking tank design.

As far as lights, if you go with a generic fixture, you'll probably have to hang it.

BoostLED sells par30 bulbs and individual fixtures that hang on the rim of the tank. Those might work out really well with the tanks odd shape.

+1. The list goes on and on lol. Those are all great suggestions.

What are you planning on doing with the tank? FOWLR or reef? If a reef, what kind of corals do you want. This will help us out a little bit.

I would put a heater up there towards the top of the list as well. ;D
