Thanks! It is indeed a Rainbow Shark... He's the dictator in the tank. He killed two black tipped sharks (about 1 in. each) and that was the end of that. He seems to leave the other fish alone, as long as they stay away from his bridge... lol. As for the 55, i cant wait until I can order 50 lbs of rock from reef cleaners. :D

I will pay you... 2 chocolate muffins for 2 pieces of RC rock XD. seems like ur rainbow shark is pretty aggressive. so you decide on livestock yet? this is what i would do:
    Fish
Percula clown pair (maybe onyx?) or Ocellaris clown pair (i personally like black and white misbar, but it would be your choice here too)
    starry blenny
    firefish (maybe a pair too)
    Yellow watchman goby
maybe a wrasse of some sort
    maybe neon goby

I think i'dd stay with this, but thats just me. just giving u a bit of an idea

    Thanks for the help!
Ive decided to keep the tank FOWLR, so I might keep a dwarf. I also have my eye on a Kole Yellow Eyed Tang, which is a tad too large for a 55. The min for one is 70 gal. And I do adore Onyx Perc Clowns. :D I might aim for a Dracula goby or a Blue Spot Jawfish, but I havent decided which one yet.

Once you know what your doing the Kole would be fine in your 55g in my opinion. I was considering one for my 40g but decided against it just because of overstocking issues. Just don't completely fill the tank with rock so that it has room to swim and you'll be set.

Agreed. I hear tangs need tons of swimming space. Maybe room at the top of the tank.
