 Thanks for not telling us that Steve

So, am I to understand that you are now doing a mixed reef instead of just sps corals?

Im going to do LPS on sand and lowest rock work
I have better control of flow this time
the small 3 head torch was by way of experiment
if you recall last time, my torch, Hammer and Elegance where blasted due to me having 2 very large power heads on either side
this time I have those 4 twin ones which still give me over 70X turnover but not to much going in any 1 direction towards any 1 destination

the torch is holding nicely, so Hammer and Elegance may well follow
I had a Trachy last time which was OK even in the heavier flow
so I figured Wellso's and maybe Scollys, Acans, Favia etc would also be ideal for sand bed and lowest rock work positions

but for the top 2/3rds of the tank - its SPS only zone for me

    Steve

I have a friend that lives in Egypt. He recently visited Germany and the hammer coral he got there is huge and beautiful and survived the trip in check in.

Maxma clams 3 -4 inches 5.00 dollors in Egypt. Now they have a hell of a time getting chaeto and many other items. Getting a decent MH bulb was so difficult I ended up sending one and customs was almost as much as the price as the bulb.

Very few hobbyist there and probably not one single girls. :-/
