It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Great growth. The coloration is really coming along, another month or two and they will no longer be recognizable at the corals you got in Sept.

Are you feeding the tank and if so what?

    Thanks Corailline

Im broadcast feeding Cyclopeze , and I have fed Microvert once in 4 weeks and Kents chromoplex , once in 4 weeks

5 days ago, started the daily dosing of Brightwell Aquatics Bio Fuel
to early for that to make any difference as yet
but I am hoping the ultra low nutrients will encourage more intense colouration

    Thanks offensetaken
that one surprised me, as I have had the same coral previously and it just stayed yellow, this piece is possibly a few inches lower in the tank than the last piece was placed, so I am assuming the different light level has made a difference to the colouration

It's very clear when this tank was re-done you had a very specific goal in mind and the tank is well on it's way. Very nice and well planned set up!

    Thanks 4 phish

yes - SPS and LPS only , with Wrasse species as the only inhabitants

1st time I have set out with a firm plan for whats going in a tank
it does make trips to the LFS a bit hit and miss, as on occasions they have not had anything that is on my list ( or at least something that I dont have already

one of 2 I have, and without doubt the hardest working members of the CUC

these eat bubble algae, hair algae and will pick up individual grains of sand and clean then before dropping the sand again
