The tank looks great Steve. You truly have the SPS takeover going on in that setup. Id love to go full SPS in my tank but the fiancée won't let it happen. :-/ She likes a lot of the coral that waves around in the flow.

    Thank you Travis45

I am very fortunate in that respect, as my better half is actually fascinated by the SPS corals, and has actively contributed to my collection
this mini colony was one Mei, purchased for me recently

decided to put my frag rack and frag plug combo to use , by fragging one of my own SPS

I could not get super glue gel - and tried and failed the side ways sticking using normal super glue

so when in doubt, get the putty out
and here are 6 browned off pieces of acropora

Very nice!!! BTW, on that green M. confusa, if you want any vertical growth in addition to the encrusting growth, make sure it's getting a LOT of flow.

tank is looking great steve! gratz!

i remember not being a massive fan of sps when i first started looking into corals not so long ago, but i think your tank (maybe a few other 3reefers too lol) has played a part in changing how i look at them.

definitely want to get some good acros in my (still dry:() tank one day
