    As always, nice shots.

Are you using vodka and BioFuel?

thank you Chappy, when a SPS colours up and shows good polyp extension , its one of the best looking things in the tank

    Thanks Nor Cal Guy
I slowly switched over from Bio Fuel to Vodka over a 3 day period
reducing the bio fuel by 1ml each day and adding 0.1 and then 0.2 ml of Vodka to replace the reduction
on day 4 it was just Vodka

    Thank you 2 in 10

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
The LPS look nothing like they did when you got them, it is amazing to see how they have colored up.

Already fragging the acroporas, nice. Your tank is going to fill up quickly. When you got that frag rack did it come with special plugs or are you using epoxy and making the plugs fit?

Have you reached your desired fish level or are you waiting for something specific? Oh and clams any clams yet?

Thanks Corailline - yes some decent color and also growth over last couple of months

the frag rack comes with 10 plastic plugs that have cross heads on them so they fit in slots in the rack
when I purchase frags in this style, the dealer, pushes the plug into polystyrene block and then the frag floats upside down in the bag for transit so its a nice system IMO specially as they make sure the poly block is wider than the coral itself so it never touches the side of the bag

Fish level - I have a leopard wrasse and the canary, plus 2 x hi fin gobies
I am hoping to add 2 more wrasse and want a Christmas wrasse and radient wrasse to complete my stocking -so its simply been a case of waiting for the fish on my target list to be at the LFS when I visit

no clams yet, but I have saved a nice space for one and I do want to add one ultimately

    Thank you Red Gambit

that is called a carpet Lobophyllia

looks like a carpet nem, but stays where it is and does not posses a threat to fish

as you can see they have already started encrusting the putty on the plug and are beginning to show some purple coloration again

this acro purchased December in a plain cream color has adopted zooxanthellia from surrounding corals and seems to be having an internal struggle between green and purple
