    Thanks Alex

fish - I have a small Tomini (5ft x 20 x 20 tank) pink faced fairy wrasse, canary wrasse, and 1 tiny hi fin goby (had 2 but seem to have lost one)

Avatar coral has been fragged twice , once on purpose and once due to clumsy maintenance technique

I am dosing 300 mils of solution made with Seachem Reef advantage calcium and also a combo of Reef Builder and Reef Buffer ( reef buffer helps with PH and stays in solution better than Reef Builder would on it's own)

2 level teaspoons of chosen materials dissolve into 300 mils of RODI
and it calculates as adding 1.5 dhk and approx 24 ppm calcium

Just wanted to add that up to 1 month ago, that side on tank view was not easy to take

the coralline had taken over both side walls in addition to the back

fortunately, I secured the tools needed to do the job

    Thanks Flipper

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Well that certainly is a good example of The Flippers effectiveness.

Personally I like the view from the ends of tanks just as much as from the front panel. It gives depth and the natural reef appearance. Must be nice to have that viewing option again.

    Me too. Yea flipper!
Nice work Steve. That is nice that you can mix the two, and unlike my ESV, you get a pH boost too. What about mag?

    Thank you Cheryl
I also like the down the tank view, as you see less gaps between the corals, so it does look full

I use a combination of products for Mag but using Red Sea Coral pro, with elevated Mag level, means my dosing on that is not regular at present
I use Seachem reef advantage calcium occasionally, but also Brightwells MagnesionP and recently Warner Marin ReefPure Balanced Ion Magnesium supplement
I dose so little Magnesium to keep it at around 1450, that the liquid bottles are not working out that expensive

    Thank you Sacul1573

    Thank you ReefBruh
I was pleasantly surprised by the Flipper performance, takes very little effort and cleared up 12 - 18 months of coralline growth
to get the tank wall back from solid pink to clear took me 3 attempts of about 20 minutes each go

    Thank you Eric
the Black Leopard is in the 4ft softie set up along with the flasher wrasse
the Pink faced fairy wrasse was a bit to aggresive for them
