The color is beatween dark red and brown have bobbles some where, not cyano it survive after riding with red slim, growing right after return where is po4 zero, have no idea how to get it out, maybe some fish eating it?

 

Siphon it out and aggressively clean all of your equipment. Siphon often. Use RODI water always for mixing with salt and top off. Change your water at least once a week. Use GFO of some other PO4 remover and change it often.

You are not reading PO4 because the algae is taking it up.
