still looking for good dry rock suppliers.

I'm looking for more suppliers (with credentials) of live rock however I am not interested in the Florida base rock. I want somthing lighter such as Pukani or Fiji. What other types of light what decoritve live rock is there?

I've heard about reefcleaners and Macrorocks but both carrry the Florida base rock. bulkreefsupply is out of stock on Pukani.

 

Interesting, the key largo rock I have from marco rocks is very light and porous. It's as light as the fiji I have in my current tank that I'm selling off.

 

Look for marshall island rock if you want high end rock from the Pacific. Fiji will probably be cheaper though, and make for a better base rock because of the price. Tonga had the best rock, but they were tearing up to much reef and the rock was banned. If you can get it off someone on craigslist that would be a good score. Checked craigslist recently?

MAcrorocks and reefcleaners may have the same rock so in the end reefcleaners has a better deal. (free shipping)
