Still need help on lighting.

    LPS has them for $112 per 2xby fixture and another %10 with store coupon.

    Thats a good point on bulb spacing. I would have to see them up close b4 purchase.

    you can do a lot better IMHO. do you have a canopy?

    On my 120g, I run 2 T5 Fixtures each has 2 bulbs in it, 2x daylights in 1, 2xActinics in the other. Got good coloration out of my corals. Cept for blues. Those seem to fade out, I need to find a bulb for that which I plan on doing when I replace them.

    As for my 46g, I run a 150w MH HQI Viper Clip (plan to keep SPS in this tank because the 120g is LPS dominated), Does well Hasnt heated up the tank at all really and i suppliment actinics for morning and evening with a T5 HO lighting fixture I just set on the tank.

    Replace your actinics with ATI blue plus, your blues will look great and abd your fluorescing colors won't suffer.
