I am in the process of setting up at 72G Bowfront FOWLR tank.

I was wondering if there would be any issue if I wanted a Toby puffer, a couple O.Clowns, royal gramma, and possibly some other fish.

Will these fish coexist or will I have issues?

    Thanks!

I don't think you will have issues. Toby and other similar puffers are really pretty peaceful fish. I've kept them in the past with no aggression toward tank mates. I think royal grammas can be aggressive from what I've read on here, no personal experience with them. Of course the O. clowns are really pretty peaceful with most other species as long as they have a good amount of room. That's my .02.

Never heard a puffer refered to as peacefull.
Puffers can be some of the meanest fish.Almost as mean as a trigger and depending on the species...Meaner.
Puffers tend to get more aggresive over time.
    From Dr. F&S.
The Papuan Puffer may also be called the Blue Dot Toby or Blue Dot Sharp-nosed Puffer. Members of the Canthigaster genus are called Sharp-nosed Puffers or Tobies. The Papuan Toby Puffer Canthigaster papua and the Blue Spotted Puffer Canthigaster solandri have very similar characteristics. The most distinguishing feature of the Papuan Toby Puffer Canthigaster papua is the orange coloration around its mouth area. It lacks pelvic fins, but has learned to use the pectoral fins to move about the aquarium.
A 50 gallon or larger, fish-only aquarium is suitable. It may be aggressive at times, nipping the fins of tank mates, leaving a circular hole as its mark. Its teeth are actually a fused beak-like structure. It will eat invertebrates found in a reef tank. It becomes alarmed when in a net, therefore, use a container to transfer it.

The diet of the Papuan Toby Puffer needs a varied diet of meaty foods including; squid, krill, clams, and hard shelled shrimp to help wear down their ever growing teeth.

I'd say from personal experience that a Toby Puffer is semi-aggressive. I had him in with Triggers.

Just a TIP, I lost mine because it got sucked to the side of a 750 GPH powerhead. It stayed on there for 2 days (I didn't see him, it was one a side where I couldn't see) and when I finally realized it and disconnected the powerhead he was still alive, however couldn't swim, his side fin was damaged but nothing else so I euthanized him.

He was healthy other then that.

I was thinking of the Leopard toby puffer... Which grow to be about 3" ...

Think its a bad idea / will be too aggressive then with O.Clowns, royal gramma, and possible flame angel?

I have seen videos of them swimming along happy as can be with some O clowns but this could be just a 1 off scenario :(

Really love the look of the Leopard Toby...

Devin: Since you had personal experience with one, what is your take on it? To aggresive of a fish or should be fine in a 72G bowfront?

Also, If I do end up getting one, I will be sure to keep an eye on the PW's... Thanks for the tip!

Sorry 1 more question: If I do decide to go for a Lepoard or Blue dot puffer, what other tank mates would be suitable for him in a 72 gallon?

A lot of triggerfish (if not all) that I know of need bigger tanks.

    Any suggestions?

I feel like it's a 50% chance that it goes for the Royal Gamma since it's a smaller fish, since I had it with Triggers (Niger, Blue throat, Humu Humu, Picasso) it really didn't want to pick on them :) Of course this was before I really started paying attention to tank recommendations.

They are great fish.Enough personality to fill the aquarium all by themselves.;)I would be least worried about the clowns. You could do some Damsels with that mix.A Dottyback.(MY SECOND FAVORITE FISH)
Check out the Neon Dottyback or the Springeri Dotty.Another great fish that is constantly exploring/hunting.Very inquisitive.
A dwarf Angel is also a pretty good fit.;)

If you are intent on the Toby (who can blame you) I would add it last.(of course depending on your final choices.)
Good luck you filthy Giants fan.LOL
