    Hey all,

I need help with my wish list for stocking my 150 gallon reef tank.

I currently have, Purple tang (3"), Sohal tang (4.5"), Regal tang (1.5"), Marine Betta (3.5"), Green mandarin, diamond goby (3"), cleaner wrasse, pair of clarki clowns.

I would like to avoid angels, only because I dont wanna risk eating corals...Frogspawn, Galaxia, asst. mushrooms, bubble, brain.

Currently have only power compact lighting, so high intensity corals wont work.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Some of the reef safe wrasses would make a great addition. I personally like leopard wrasses. but there are a huge selection to choose from of them. There are a few non reef safe wrasses because they might eat small fish or inverts. but some people might take the risk.

You have a couple of soon to be big fish. I hope you are not looking for more of them.

Exactly what are you looking for here? Corals?

No shrimp for you. That beta loves a good shrimp. If you are looking for fish, you need some small aggressive fish. Those tangs are all aggressive species... well, maybe not the blue.

Yeah smaller schooling fish and lower to moderate lighting corals. I was looking at some blue reef chromis the really dark blue color. I'm not looking for anymore big fish.

Low - moderate light corals that do well under PC lights are
    Green Star Polyps
    Zoanthids
    Mushroom colonies
Leather corals ( finger, devils hand, toadstools, mouse eared, cabbage leather etc)
    Anthellia
Xenia ( although its not a great traveller and can be funny in some tanks)
    Blue clove polyps
many LPS corals, Torch, Hammer, Elegance, Bubble would also be OK

the trick with PC lamps is frequent changes - 6 months and they start to shift in colour spectrum and in fact output

    Steve

the above are all easy to keep and not overly demanding of water conditions/ parameters
so should all do really well under adequate light in you tank

    Good list above by Steve.

    For fish...

    Cardinals
    Anthias

Both school very well. Some species are more aggressive than others. Some others are almost impossible to keep alive in home aquaria. Research is critical.

Thanks everyone, was actually thinking about the barletts anthias. Thats a great selection of corals.

I am in no rush to add fish, so I will be looking into all of the above.
