Stocking list

Thinking of this as a fish list for my 125g. Critiques?
2 Ocellaris clowns
1 Powder blue tang(or yellow tang)
1 Yellow watchman goby
1 lawnmower blenny
3 spotted cardinalfish
1 foxface lo
1 blue throat trigger(may not do this one, unless I find out what CUC i can have in the same tank)
1 Mandarin to be added 6-9 months later, after pods have had time to establish

What say you?

Easily enough space.

The trigger maybe not if you want to go a reef. If you don't want a reef then go for it.

You also might need to dose pods from time to time for the mandarin.

Cool list though . With a tank that big I would have maybe one or two other tangs , just because my 55g is limited in that regard .

 

That's disappointing news on the Powder blue. Definitely one of my Favorite looking fish. I was under the impression that a 6ft. tank was big enough. :/

 

I disagree completely with Cam, a Powder blue would be fine in a 125g. However they do get pretty aggressive. I had one kill 3 other tangs all bigger than him and the powder blue was added last.

 

IMO 125g is big enough.

What order do you guys suggest adding them in?

 

1st Yellow watchman goby
2nd foxface
3rd cardinalfish
4th Ocellaris clowns
5th Powder blue tang
6th Mandarin when the tank is mature enough

I might avoid the lawnmower blenny. Recently heard alot of issues with these guys bullying but then again I have actually HAD powder blues bullying.

 

Any suggestions for a fish to take the place of the blenny?
