    okay so i am upgrading from my 30 to a 65.
    i have a skimmer rated for 115 gallon tanks that i can use on it cause its on my 30 right now and i will be using my 20 gallon sump.
    so my stock list is-
    fish
    powderbrown tang?
    Mystery wrasse
    bread pair of black clowns
    foxface?
    midas blenny
    small angel
    the tank will be sps dominant.

    this is the lighting i will get. the 36" still deciding on 2x250 watt MH or 2x150 watt MH

    ?= the main concern. not very sure about getting it.

    My last tank was 65 and I had 1x 250W. it works well for all kinds of corals and clams but you will have center brace shadow. If you have a choice, go with 2x150W.

    I would not keep powerbrown and foxface in 65 because the tank is only 36" long and not a lot of swimming room. I may go with ONE smaller pb or ff but not both.

    yeah powder brown tang needs a larger tank, could probably get a yellow tamg though, they bring a nice contrast of colour to the aquarium!

    I would avoid tangs and the foxface, they both get big.

    By small angel, are you referring to a Centropyge species? I think those are probably the most appropriately sized angels for that size tank.

    Also just be aware of the angel's nutritional requirements and that it might take to nipping some corals eventually.
