I have a 140gal D.T. that just finished its cycle after 45days. Should I stock my refugium with micro algea & some critters before or after I add coral to my D.T.?

I assume you mean macro algae? I don't know of anywhere that sells micro algae. Nor do I know anyone who wants to introduce it to their setup. I would get your algae in place with your cuc before you start to stock (assuming your nitrates are high). Are they?

Ideally, you want nitrates and phosphate near undetectable levels (macro algae and skimmer can accomplish this as can water changes) before adding corals.

That was a typo. I meant macro. Thanks.
