    Stocking Opinion? 120g

    120g Fish/LR Only.

I guess My question is, I Ended up purchasing a Naso Tang and Blueface Angelfish online, The Naso came with some disease and eventually passed away in the QT Tank... The online site did refund my money and send me a new naso tang, much healthier looking . Unfortunately the last 3 days he hasn't been eating... I swear I've tried everything possible. Except live brine... Not a clue where to get that around here though.

Garlic Extract/Vitamins... Dried Seaweed, Flake food, Pellet food... Mysis... and Brine... and the poor thing is kinda withering away slowly... He still is very active in the tank and loves being out in the open . My Purple Tang when we purchased him at the pet store actually was in a tank with a smaller Naso Tang and they where total buds! Im just getting to the point of frustration that I cant for some reason keep a Naso Tang alive at all . The current one is 3.5 inches....

And the thing was is I dont know if I'm over stocking my tank...

    1 - Purple Tang (6in)
    2 - One spot Foxface Rabbitfish (4in & in)
    1 - Blueface Anglefish (3.5in)
1 - Naso Tang (3.5in) (Currently In QT)
    1 - Lawnmower Blenny (3in)
    2 - Cleaner Shrimp (2in each)

The tank is handling the bio load of the fish currently in it. Nitrate/Nitrite/ All ready at 0. From what I can tell with my tester kit.

I really like the combination I have but if the Naso Tang doesnt survive I dont know if I should get another one or different fish... or leave it be. Hope to hear your ideas!.

You have stated everything except one crucial piece of information. What size tank you have.

They are more into vegetable matter such as dried marine algae, esp. brown seaweed. Try broccoli.

I guess I'll have to give that a shot... I was trying to avoid romaine and broccoli cause I've heard so much debating about it! But couldn't hurt to much if it can get the Naso to eat.

If your talking about a 4' x 2' x 2' 120 gallon tank then I hope for your naso's sake its a temporary situation until you can get an 8' 240 gallon up and running. Naso's get huge and need a lot of swimming space. The purple tang might be OK, but at adult size they really need a 6' span to swim.

Max size on the naso AND the blueface is 18" while more realistically 14" in home aquaria. Your looking at around 60" of adult sized fish . . that is going to be one crammed tank when you take in to account the volume loss from sand and liverock.
