Okay, finally sat down and planned out the future of my 46 g

    RIGHT NOW:
    2 occ. clowns
    1 bangaii cardinal

    FUTURE: (In order)
    2 zebra dartfish
    2 lyretail dartfish
    1 royal gramma basslet
    1 dwarf angelfish

What do you guys think? Too much? Room for more? (personally I'd like to do more dartfish, but prob not enough space) any recommendations for other fish to change it? ( I like bright/vibrant fish, or really really interesting ones like the cardinal)

Hmmm, I was thinking just fish for a few months, then add polyps and slowly move up to corals. Would the amount of fish planned in any way stop me from having corals?

IMO it seems like a lot of fish, I'd take the gramma and angelfish off the list.

I think that is way overstocked. I'd definitely take out a few fish :)

9 fish in that size tank is too many, IMO. Personally I would cap it at 5 in that size tank at a maximum.

The dwarf angel might be an issue with corals. They aren't always reef safe and some are more prone than others to nip at corals.

My pygmy angel did fine for a few months and now I think he may be picking at my trachy. They nip on the live rock all day. I've noticed that if I don't constantly have some sort of food source for my angel, he starts picking at things more. So I try to keep nori in there during the day and like once a week or so some frozen angel food in a clip.
