Stomatella Snails spawning!

    I just got my first glimpse of a Stomatella snail spawning! How cool is that? Yup just sitting here hoping my clown goby pops up somewhere and I see this snail spawning instead.

    Are you talking about them puffing smoke? They typically do that frequently,but it is still cool none the less.:)

    Yes that would be what grinder was referring to, a puff of smoke in appearance.

    Weird!!! Mine did that too today!! I just came home and saw a little puff of "smoke" and saw a snail "standing up". I took a video but then my Six Line was curious and attacked the snail.

    when I had 2 purple spine urch's..they would both do their thing and actually cloud a 90 gallon tank...lol : )
    It is amazing some of the things we see in our aquatic worlds !
