    its odd that my feeding are lobsided too lol... but Teds taken down some pretty jumbo crabs but on an even playing ground itd be a close match this time i think...then again teds alittle spoiled and i can hand feed him :)

    I let my old wennerae take down a pretty sizable stone crab (3/4 as wide as the mantis was long) once. In hind-sight it probably wasn't the best idea. Even a hermit crab could get lucky and take out an eye, this thing could have done some serious damage.

    Siddique: When are we going to see some video of this thing eating? I think it was inwall that posted a video of a massive crab one of his friends had. That thing was a beast.

    Keeping an odd ball invert that isn't reef or fish safe in a second tank isn't uncommon. I've seen a giant stone crab at world wide corals before, it was special order though.
