So I know I've had my tank running for over 2 months now but I decided I Want a thread so that I could post updates and what-not.

Well so far I've introduced 3 coral frags 2 green ricordea, 1 red center zoos. I've also got my sarcophyton which is currently working through a shedding period. And then a non-giant duncan with three heads; this thing is pretty cool; I really enjoy target feeding it! I really want a sun coral now =D.

This was the picture of the tank I took when the critters were first added

This is what the right side of the tank looks like today, notice some of the rockwork has changed =P I'm sure it won't be the last time.

Here are the two newest fish additions:

Royal Grammas are pretty cool, not really a must have for me, but saltwaterfish.com was selling them for 6 bucks last time I made an order, which will probably be the last order I ever get from them, but thats another story.

I love this guy, I think every tank needs one, he is just a trip to watch.

Thanks Divott, really means a lot. I'm always so self-conscious about my scaping. Some days I think I'm satisfied with it, other days I walk past and just wish this rock looked a little different or whatever.

    -most recent update-

I ordered a CUC from reefcleaners.org last night and I've been trapping my peppermint shrimp and disposing of them. Muahahaha. Well I've been throwing them in my QT which I have permanently set up again. been trapping them in a water bottle with the top cut off and turned around to fit back inside the water bottle. Has worked really well actually. I had 7 peppermint shrimp in there. Don't ask why. I dunno. I liked them a couple months ago, but since then I have realized that they are SOOO much worse about attacking snails than hermits are. I have almost no problems from my hermits attacking snails, but peps will do it at the drop of a hat. Plus I may one day want a green mandarin so I need to build up a steady pod population. Are fuges absolutely necessary for pods? Cuz right now I dun got one. Been thinking about an in tank fuge until I really get down to building a sump/fuge, cuz theres no way I'm buying one of those outrageously priced prebuilt sumps. Hopefully If I put a bag of pods in there in the middle of the night then they will survive and keep a steady population.

    Alright, heres proof! lol.

One of my ric. frags it came with 2 polyps, I think I was being stupid when I glued the piece of rock they came on to this other really small rock where they don't have room to longitudinally divide any more >.< oh well.

Heres the other ric. which I made a post on earlier cuz it is dividing I believe as we speak:

    Heres the Zoos

Heres my Toadstool, its shedding right now and doesn't want to come out and play:

And, last but not least the Duncans, which are especially cool, cuz they're named after me! My last name is Duncan, too bad I don't have a giant polyp one yet, will soon though. Liveaquaria.com is selling them for 34.99 for two heads right now!!

And as soon as I win the lottery, I'll get an Acan!
