    It seems to be hosting the anemone. A few of the damsels are known to do this, most well known among them the black and white striped varieties (three stripe, four stripe, etc) and domino damsels. They're closely related to clownfish; clownfish are actually a subfamily of damsel.

    So, is the domino at risk of being eaton? I see I have much reading to do.

    No. Clownfish are a kind of damsel. Any damsel that hosts an anemone is going to be pretty well fine doing so, as long as it's not a completely different species from what's in the damsel's natural range, like a condy. It's part of what they do.
