    ya, if you google(image) things like "stony structure of blastomussa" vs "fungia skeleton" you will deffinately notice a difference, im pretty much 100% sure its a fungia, and yes this is one of few cases ive heard of them being hitchhikers, congrats!

    Well, for the price I paid for that "premium" live rock...! I know some people say it's a waste of money but I've definitely gotten my money's worth watching it so far.

    Actually the rock it came on is my favorite piece in the tank, and is my neon goby's favorite too since he took up residence in one of the caves in it. It's been bursting at the seams with hitchhikers from the beginning. Chalk one more up for the rock.

    IMO it looks like a - Vanuatu Actinodiscus mushroom. You can google it and let me know if I'm right.
