Strange Worm?

    Hello, I saw this very strange worm in my tank awhile back. Haven't seen it since then, but I'm keeping an eye out for it.

    Any idea what it is/was?

    Looks like a peanut worm from what I can tell from the pic. Probably found itself a hole to live in, they usually do.
